"I switched over to StateFarm because of the level of service and detail I received from Callie. When I tell you that Callie made this the most simple transition possible. When I had to file a claim, there were errors on Corporate StateFarm side that made filing the claim extremely difficult, but who was there to save the day and update me the entire process? Callie! From filing the claim, to providing constant updates, she even told me to call whenever I had questions and that she was here to make sure I was looped in the entire time. Every time I called, she answered! and I know she has tons of other customers but this is someone who truly puts their people first. I dont know if she is ever off of work!! Moving forward through the claims process, I did encounter multiple obstacles, but this was no fault of hers, yet she was there to fix the issues over and over again. From rental car, to rental car issues, dealing with the body shop, etc. she does it all! Callie has service in her and you can tell because she creates those moments where you feel heard, valued, and cared about. I can go on and on about what a dedicated and knowledgeable person Callie is, but I highly recommend you find out for yourself! She is the BEST insurance rep I have ever met, and she is the only reason I will stay with StateFarm because at the end of the day, she truly cares and will always be an advocate for her clients.
